KREST X WORDSWORTH BOOKS

KREST Publishers partnered with Wordsworth Books in Pretoria to host a book signing. The book signing showcased 4 authors whose titles we have released over the last year.

The Four Hundred Club by Keli H

The Four Hundred Club by Keli H

Keli H is the CEO of KREST, but has her own novel. The Four Hundred Club is a contemporary fiction for the the new adult market (age 18 - 35). The book won the author the award for Best Upcoming Female Author at the 2022 Book Behind Awards, for its originality and quality writing. The story revolves around 7 millennial adults trying to make a reality TV show in Durban. Cue the glitz, glamour, and scandal! The book has seen an exciting year in bookstores and several sold out print runs. Now copies can be still be purchased from Wordsworth Books in Castle Gate Mall or on the KREST website.

A Prophecy of Flowers and Lightning by Michael Ferguson

Michael Ferguson is a three-times published author, and his latest book has been signed by KREST. A Prophecy of Flowers and Lightning is a mythology-inspired novel that has done incredibly well at all sales points, making Michael one of our topselling authors. Copies of the book were completely sold out at the signing event! The book is currently available at bookstores around the country or on the KREST website.

Crimsonius by Khanya Komako

Khanya had a unique vision for this book, that we simply had to sign on when we first saw the manuscript in 2022. The author saw the deficit of empowered POC characters in novels, and wanted to change that with this book. He created a character called Lucas Keys, who has an exciting life as an explorer, and takes the reader through an exciting adventure in the Amazon, in Crimsonius. The book is available at bookstores around the country or on the KREST website.

Fab-and-Forty-Something by Melanie McCall

Melanie has written a breath-taking memoir about a medical mishap that resulted in dire consequences for her. The book is part narrative and part told through a series of Whatsapp messages. It will make you laugh, cry, and feel grateful for the gifts of life and friendship. Only a few copies were left by the end of the signing! The book can now be purchased from various bookstores around the country, or from the KREST website.
